Every
June, the Alberta Division of the Multiple Sclerosis Society holds a
150 kilometre bike tour to raise money to benefit the 50,000 Canadians
affected by MS. The Society relies on such fund-raising events to support
special service programs, as well as research into the cause of and
cure for the disease.
Aartvark
Communications developed a two-colour flyer that was mailed to potential
business sponsors, and a design scheme that was consistently used for
a three-colour poster, three-colour flyers and a two-colour TV Guide
insert to promote the event to potential participants, as well as T-shirts
for all participants.
This
consistent use of the design theme worked to maintain a strong presence
and identity for the event and the MS Society in Alberta while minimizing
design and production costs.
